PARIS, March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Mangas Gaming SAS announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in bet-at-home.com AG from its founders Franz Omer and Jochen Dickinger, and that it will launch a public offer to acquire the shares held by the minority shareholders.
The completion of the acquisition and of the tender offer is subject to certain conditions, including regulatory approvals customary for this type of transaction. Mangas Gaming offers all shareholders of bet-at-home.com AG to purchase their shares for a consideration of EUR 11.2 per share. The offer price presents a premium of 29% over the one month average share price of bet-at-home.com AG computed as of March 4th, 2009, 63% over the three-month average share price and 52% over the six-month average share price. The offer period will run from March 11th, 2009 until April 7th, 2009.
